Question: Slow webcam on my toshiba netbook?????????????????????

I got a toshiba netbook NB205 on christmas 2009 and i used my webcam for the first time today while talking to my friend on Windows Live Messenger. the audio was pretty good...but the webcam moved way too slow and would sometimes make me look pixel- like

Netbooks tend to not be all that powerful and usually have 1 gb or less of ram so that is probably why it's lagging on you. Also the webcam might not be very good so you might want a more expensive one (usually expense = quality with anything computer related)
