I recently bought a toshiba netbook, it gave me a CD to install Windows XP but there is no CD drive. WTF?
I really need word soon and can't access it because of this. Is there a short term thing I an do then sort it out later?

I have just trodden on my netbook that was stupidly on the floor and ther is a massive black blob in the middle and a spider web effect coming out of this. there is also two other smaller black blobs. Just wondring if anyone knows how much replacement screens cost including labour fees. Do you think this will be covered under the 1 year warrenty? I only got it in April, oh I could kick myself

I read on the toshiba page for the NB200 netbook that the battery life is 9 hours, is this standby time or if you're on, say, microsoft word? What if I'm on the internet? Would it only last a couple of hours then?
