Question: Help! just got a new netbook, keyboard buttons are different than they appear...help?

Whenever I try to type a @ a " comes up instead, and a bunch of different things...like my quotations don't work and the ? button too...help

Check to see if the language is set to English.

If you just bought it why not just take it back to the store and get different one that works?
