I want to buy a new AC adapter for my netbook. What things should I first consider before buying one?

What is your problem with the netbook?
I forgot the password to my Windows 7 netbook... Please help! What do I do now?
I don't want to buy a password reset disk or whatever. I've tried hard to recall my password, and I've typed a tonne of incorrect passwords. ' Is there any way to sort things out in a simple manner?I've tried the F8 > Safe Mode thing, but it still prompts me for my password Yes, I have the hint... But I still can't recall my password. I made my password such that it doesn't really match the hint...
What's the best netbook for me?
Okay, here's the deal I need a netbook.I'm going to Europe in about a month and I need a netbook 'cuz my laptop is too big to take. I'm homeschooled and I need it for watching my lessons they're on DVDs. It'd be nice if it had a pre installed DVD drive, but I can buy an external one.I'm hoping it'll, at least, last a few years.The battery life is the most important thing, a minimum of 5 6 hours. I don't know how much I'll have access to a power supply during the first week. I want it to be 10in., fast, have ability to connect to wifi, and preferably, with Windows 7. And, it MUST be in Best Buy's selection. I don't really like buying electronic things online, and I trust Best Buy. All together, with the DVD drive included, I don't want it to go over $400. If it can be hackintoshed, that's cool too. Just an FYI, I'm thinking about getting the Asus Eee 1005HAB.Thanks.
How to reboot netbook?
I ordered my daughter a netbook for Christmas. I ordered it direct from China Ebay and it worked fine....and then it froze. When we try to start it, the Smart Book name comes up, and underneath it reads " Loading OP image" with the little loading bar.... and that's it. That's all it will do. I have tried pushing the restart button, as well as taking out the battery. And it continues to do the same thing.Any suggestions would be great.

What is the fundamental difference between a laptop and a netbook?
From what I understand the only difference is the amount of memory you get with a standard netbook is much less than that of a laptop. If that's the case couldn't you just add more memory to the netbook by replacing your hard drive or adding more RAM? I also understand that a netbook is inferior to a laptop when it comes to watching videos or gaming. I mainly use my computer to browse the web, check email and write. Do netbooks come with office software? I apologize ahead of time I'm not that computer savy. Thanks.I forgot to ask about the processor, thanks for covering that aspect as well. I really don't need something ultra powerful like a gaming computer but at the same time I don't want the computer to crash because I tryed to watch a video on youtube, lol. How do i change my background with windows 7 on my netbook?
I recently got a Sony netbook, its the small one, like 10" screen, and i can't find an option to change the background to a picture, I can only change the color. My husband has a bigger laptop with windows 7 and has a " personalize" option. Has anyone else encountered this issue?I tried right clicking on the image, I don't have the option of setting it as the desktop. I looked at the Windows website, and none of their suggestions exist in my computer.
