Question: How to change your wallpaper on a hp mini netbook ?

I went to control panel then to appearance but i still dont know where to go or what to do any help please

If it has Windows 7 Starter operating system installed...which many netbooks do, you will be unable to personalize your desktop and other items of that nature. If this is the case, you either have to upgrade to a full Windows 7 version or downgrade to XP or Vista. Hope this helps.
