Question: Ms works would not work on hp mini netbook?

Bought a new HP Mini and MS Works would not work. Don't have image disks (or optical drive), and I am considering a full system restore to try to get back to the original image on the netbook.

+ My best advice is to call HP before proceeding. Since the unit is new, it is obviously still under warranty.
