Question: What good cheap netbooks are there?

I'm looking for a netbook. Storage and memory don't really matter, as I can get them upgraded if they are too small. All I want to do is browse the web, type documents and play a few games, such as Football Manager 2009 (nothing to graphic intensive). I don't mind buying used, and my budget is under £170 (although I could possibly stretch it to £200). I want it with either XP or Vista, and an optical drive would be great, but not essential. Screen size isn't an issue, as long as it's small. Thanks :)

There is lots of cheap netbooks out there, of course they all suck horribly at doing anything other than taking up 2-400$ and weighing less than a real laptop.

I have a Acer One and have found it to be very good for the money.The one I have is windows xp with one gig of memory.It works really well.You can get one for around 398.00US
