Question: Msi or asus netbook............?

Looking at buying a netbook. I have narrowed it down to the MSI U100- 279 or the asus 1000HE. Could I get a little help on making my decision? I know that there is a slight price difference and the asus has the N280 processor. I would also like to know which one has the better quality and overall performance?
