Question: Is advanced system care considered to be an anti virus protection program?

No, it is a computer optimizing program made to speed your pc. I reccomend avast.com/ > Free Version. It has alot of features for a free antivirus, such instant messenging protection, web protection, real time protection, etc.

No, it's just another program you don't need on your computer.

It helps removes adware,spyware,clean the registry,but no anti-virus protection,seems to be a good program ran it on one of the pc's, but with ccleaner,malwarebytes windows defender,registry mechanic don't need it so we remove it, try avg, or microsoft security essentials,they are good free anti-virus programs and oh! don't let me forget of some people favorite avast anti-virus
