Question: Which one is better, acer netbooks or dell netbooks?

Dell, acers are known to have problems with them. Also Dell last a long time and has the power you will need.

I would never buy an Acer again, while they look oh-so-nice-for-the-price, their support sucks, and everyone I know personally has had hardware failures of some sort. Dells might be overpriced, but at least they'll help you out. (And I have to agree about ASUS)

I would say ultimately dell is better. im not saying they are my personal favourite, but you asked which one was better out of the two.

I'd go with the Dell, plus there work great if you convert them in to a hackintosh...

I have an Acer Laptop top and it's amazing, even has a finger print reader and wasnt too expensive.

Dell is great have a inpsron 2560 (i think) anyway its about 8-10 years old it works great! i getting new laptop though a macbook!
